Katameya Dunes is Fast Track’s largest body of work. Between 2025 and 2026 the company delivered three separate contracted scopes there: new villas and administrative buildings together with their swimming pools, modification and renovation of existing villas, and standalone swimming pool construction.

Together these account for 18 of the 48 projects in the register — a little under two thirds of the company’s work for the period, and the deepest single relationship Fast Track has built in one location.

On the administrative buildings the scope ran from structural works through façade cladding and external site works, then on to façade detailing, the entrance elevation and internal MEP. The villa work covered both new build and structural modification of existing units. The pools were delivered as construction contracts in their own right, seven of them, as well as forming part of the larger villa and administrative packages.
